Refund Policy
Returns
Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to info@mandalafashions.com with the order details and the return reason.
Important: In case of a damaged or incorrect item, an opening video of the product is mandatory. The price tag, packing cover, and bill barcode of the delivered item are also mandatory.
Our support team will analyse the return request and approve it accordingly. Return confirmation is given only through email.
Once a return is approved, the item must be packed and shipped to the address below:

Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition — unused, unaltered, with intact folding, original bill, price tag, and silk mark tag (if applicable). Any missing tag, improper folding, or signs of use will lead to immediate rejection of the return request by Mandala Fashions.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup is not available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items for selected pin codes. Customers must courier the item back to the shop address at their own cost.
Gift Card
A gift card will be issued after receiving the item and upon approval by our quality assurance team. The gift card will include only the cost of the product. It does not include the convenience fee charged by third-party payment gateways, or any other costs incurred for the order by the company or customer.
We do not issue any cash refunds on any orders.
Rest of India – Orders
We do not accept returns for orders placed from outside India.
Domestic and International Shipping
Domestic Shipping
Mandala Fashions offers shipping across India through reliable courier services. Courier charges will be borne by the customer. All orders will be shipped within 2–5 business days from the date of order. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
All our products are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept delivery from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper-proof condition.
All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If products need to be shipped to more than one address, please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
International Shipping

Shipping costs are payable for locations outside India. International orders are normally shipped within 10–15 business days from the date of order. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
