Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within India
We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, or remote delivery locations. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN/ZIP code are accurate when placing your order. Mandala Fashions cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
